How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion directly inside the app:
- Open MESLEKTAS SOHBET.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
If you cannot access the app, contact us at info@evaxmobile.com using the e-mail linked to your account.
What Is Deleted
- Account identity in authentication system.
- Profile data (name, avatar, country/city/sub-region/sector preferences, VIP flags).
- Stored avatar files and account-owned uploaded attachment files.
- Account-linked records that are configured for cascade deletion (for example: blocks, reports submitted by the user, bans for the user, subscription linkage metadata).
What Is Retained / Anonymized
- Chat and DM history remains for conversation integrity, but your sender identity is removed.
- Content is replaced/anonymized (for example, shown as deleted content).
Retention period for anonymized technical/chat records: up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law or security investigations.
Processing Time
In-app deletion is processed automatically and is typically completed immediately. Backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days.
