CSAE / CSAM: Zero Tolerance
1. Our Standards
Collear has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or harms minors is strictly prohibited.
- We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, promotion, or solicitation of CSAM/CSAE content.
- We prohibit grooming, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- We prohibit content that depicts or encourages child abuse, trafficking, or exploitation in any form.
2. Reporting in the App
Users can report safety concerns directly within Collear. If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE/CSAM:
- Open the message.
- Tap Report and choose the appropriate reason.
- Optionally use Block to stop further contact.
If the in-app report option is not available, please contact us by e-mail (see Contact below).
3. Enforcement
- We may remove content that violates our standards.
- We may restrict access, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards.
- We may preserve relevant technical evidence to investigate abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Compliance and Reporting to Authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with relevant authorities when required. Where mandated by law or upon valid legal requests, we may report CSAM/CSAE-related material and user information to appropriate regional or national authorities.
